HALLOWEEN PARTY' adalah acara tahunan yang diatur oleh VAMPS. Tahun ini, acara akan diadakan tanggal 19 dan 20 Oktober di Kobe World Memorial Hall, dan 25-27 Oktober di Makuhari Messe.
Kali ini, diumumkan bahwa DAIGO, Wakeshima Kanon, MUCC, Negoto, Becky♪♯, Tommy heavenly6, dan Golden Bomber akan bergabung dengan VAMPS dalam event ini.
