Momoiro Clover Z melakukan pertunjukan terbesar mereka

Pada 4 Agustus, grup idola Jepang Momoiro Clover Z (dalam bahasa jepang di singkat "Momoclo") melakukan pertunjukan untuk 60.000 fans di Stadion Nissan di Prefektur Kanagawa sebagai akhir dari tur mereka “World Summer Dive 2013”..

The show opened with a torch relay similar to the Olympics, followed by a performance of the Japanese national anthem by famous guitarist Tomoyasu Hotei before accompanying Momoiro Clover Z on their first two songs of the night, “PUSH” and “Saraba, Itoshiki Kanashimitachi yo”. Several other sports events were then introduced, including a full marathon being attempted within the 4-hour performance time, as well as Momoclo member Kanako Momota running the 100-meter dash against TV personality and athlete Sou Takei. The group was accompanied by Haruka Minowa of comedy duo Harisenbon during “Wani to Shampoo”, after which Momoclo competed in a soccer match against former Japanese national stars. Following this, singer and actor Shigeru Matsuzaki, a semi-regular at Momoclo events, announced that the group’s yearly Christmas show would be held at Saitama’s Seibu Dome on December 23rd.

 The centerpiece of the performance was, of course, the five hard-working members of Momoiro Clover Z, who spent the night spraying water, riding festival floats, and competing in sporting events in addition to singing and dancing. Recently, the group has noticeably improved their singing skills, making for an even better performance. Another highlight of the night was the sea of glow sticks in the audience; the sight of 60,000 glow sticks waving during the group’s performance of “Hashire!” was particularly impressive.
